My favorite color to wear in the wintertime is white. This traditional summertime shade actually suits me best at this time of year because it reminds me of snow, and the often gray/white sky we have in January. Whether you need a little convincing or are already on board with me, I am here to share some of my favorite white and neutral pieces and ways to style them this winter:
Long, Soft Cardigan
I have been living in this cardigan (and these boots!) lately. In the South, you don’t always need a big coat. Some days a sweater works perfectly. I love to dress comfortably, so I’ve been pairing a winter sweater with leggings, boots, and a long cardi. See some of my favorite warm and snug neutral cardigans below:
Casual Sweater Dress
It doesn’t get much better than a sweater dress. You can go out and look cute (or stay in and look cute) and still be as comfy as if you were in sweats. I love to style sweater dresses with leggings and booties or sneakers. Here are some of my favorites available this season:
White & Neutral Accessories
One of the easiest ways to incorporate winter whites and neutrals into your wardrobe is with accessories. In fact, I prefer having neutral hats, mittens, and scarves, because they’ll go with anything. Scroll through below to see some that I love:
Cozy at Home
One of my favorite ways to spend a winter day is inside, nestled on the couch, living the hygge lifestyle. Every day when I get home from work, I slip into these ridiculously soft sweatpants and robe. White and neutral loungewear and cozy wear just fits a cold January day. Wool Sneakers
If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you know that I’m obsessed with Allbirds. I wore my Tree Runners all summer long, and now I’m all about the Wool Runners. These comfortable (and lightweight, and sustainable, and machine washable) sneakers are my year-round favorite, and I know they’ll be yours, too. I wear them with everything: pants, leggings, dresses, you name it. I’m not linking any others because to me, these are the best.
What do you think? Do you wear white in the winter? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Love winter white! Also love Wool Runners in the winter! I took mine to Paris last February and when it started dumping wet, heavy snow, all the guys were complaining about chilly feet and I was surprisingly comfortable. Allbirds FTW! (As always.)
