During this period of self-quarantines and social distancing, I am embracing the days spent at home. Although it is spring break, and I was planning to be on vacation this week, I have let go of the disappointment of a canceled trip and am appreciating the opportunity to slow down and have some quiet, creative time. One way I am making myself feel calm and present is by putting away all things winter and refreshing our home for spring! This morning, I finished swapping the cozier decor out in favor of spring vibes. Here is our home today:
The Living Room
During the fall, holidays, and winter, I put different pillow covers on our living room throw pillows to reflect the season. Now that spring is just a few days away, I’ve stored all covers away to reveal the pillows themselves, which I snagged last year at Home Goods. I love the greens and earth tones for spring.

The Mantel
The eucalyptus garland is back! I love how simple – but lovely – it is here.
The Breakfast Nook
This space just needed a bit of freshening up – a new vase of flowers and striped blanket to give the room new life.

The Bedroom
It feels so good to have our soft, luxurious bedding back. We had flannel sheets during the winter, and while those were nice, our bed feels like a cloud again!

The Front Door
I have a different door wreath for each season, and I love my eucalyptus wreath for spring!
