I have come to love Valentine’s Day. In a time of year that can be so cold and dreary, why not embrace a holiday that’s just about love (in my opinion, all kinds of love)? Plus, it’s a good excuse to eat chocolate and decorate the house in bright, cheerful shades of pink.
