Life at eight months pregnant has caused me to slow down and rest more. I am typically a person who loves doing all the things, so this has been a bit challenging, but I know that it’s what my body and our baby needs. As this fall has gotten cooler and crisper, I have acquired some clothes to wear that keep me cozy and accommodate my ever-growing bump. One of my favorite finds is this waffle top; it’s so soft and comfy, and I have since ordered two other colors. I have also been enjoying these lightweight silky-soft pants for transitional weather days.

Another favorite has been this half-zip pullover and joggers – also both soft and comfy, which is a must for me.

I have really been enjoying our pumpkins and mums as get closer to Halloween.

H and I celebrated our third wedding anniversary on Wednesday. Since we got married at Cheekwood, we always love going back to Cheekwood Harvest on our anniversary. I wore these knit pants that I actually bought for postpartum, but have been wearing them sooner because I love them! They can be dressed up or down. I paired with a basic long-sleeve maternity tee and sweater from a few years ago – and always, my Kiziks that easily slip on and off.

There are always beautiful pumpkins and mums to see at Cheekwood in the fall.

H made me a lovely fall bouquet, and we had a delicious celebratory dinner that night at Aba – highly recommend! Favorites included the sweet potato hummus, Brussels sprouts, and chicken kebab. They even offered us a complimentary dessert of their frozen Greek yogurt.

Hope you have a wonderful last week of October!
